Title: Print Error and Reel Tilt

Hello I have a 5 Reel Golden Chariots.  There is a Reel Tilt Error, Printer Comm Error.  I also noticed in the back where the 1 row of 5 green lights are, there are only 4 lit. The 0ne marked 24 Volt is not on.  Can anyone help me get the machine working.  Thanks

You need to replace the 24v power supply, probably needs to be recapped, but they are cheap enough where if you can't remove and install caps, you can just replace the whole thing.  The 24v power supply is mounted on the center rear of the cabinet under the amplifier circuit.  It is a big rectangular box.

There is a plastic tab that rests on top of the front "legs" of each reel.  Gently move it up a bit to release the friction and pull the reel forward using the L bracket that has a rubber sleeve on it.  It might be sticky due to gunk from the casino accumulating inside the connector, but it should pull forward with a small amount of force.
