Was the machine working before or did you receive it in this condition?
Does it power up? Will it accept a coin and cycle? I'm no Seeburg expert but maybe we start with some basics and other member will chime in.

I received the machine in non-working condition, but it appears to be complete and fairly clean.
It powers up, all fuses good, lights up.
It does not accept a coin.
When the button on the reels relay is pushed (or the handle EOS switch is tripped) the reels spin and then will not stop their cycle. It is possible to get the reels to stop by shutting off the power just when the wheel is in the correct spot and opening the switches. When powered back on the reels are still until the relay is tripped again.
That is where I am at the moment.
Thank for

Can you post two more  photos of the slot?
The door inside, then the inside of the machine. Is there a date/model number on the tag, if there is a tag?

I can't find any identification tags or numbers.

On the outside of that door that is just below the reels, is the coin mechanism. If you look inside, follow the coin path IF it were to fall in the hopper. Manually trip that switch (power on, don't get electrocuted please) and see if you hear a click near the handle. If so, pull the handle and see if the thing cycles.
I have no experience with the Seeburg and few people here do, but in many cases some problems are similar and I usually start with the coin mech, since you've checked fuses, power, etc.

Manually flipping the coin switch doesn't do anything. Also the coin relay isn't energized. Coins just fall through to the return.
I'm good with pinball machines, so I know the basics. I'd love to find a manual for this machine.

wow...double metal doors!
That thing must weigh a ton!

ok, you said that the coin relay isn't energized.

There needs to be at least two wires going to that to give it power.

I'd be tracing those wires back and putting a multimeter on them and see what kind of voltages should be coming out.

Of course, with your previous experience in pinballs, you understand unseen voltages and how to be careful with them.

As far as identifying this machine and looking for some documentation on it....the only way is to search the internet thoroughly.

I know it's not easy but I'm sure there's something out there on this.
