Title: 4th July motherboard batt & jumper

Pulled out motherboard to look at battery code 12
And to find out what S Plus version I have
 there is a jumper wire not sure what it's for


Now time to see if Noob can find chip

No idea what the jumper wire is for. That is not a S Plus MPU. Maybe a S or possibly earlier. See pic.

Would this ??eprom board?? Sitting on top of MOBO be a M series

IGT came out with several series of electrical slots.
The first was the M series, followed by the S series and then S+
The newest iteration is the S2000
The latest is the AVP but that is video based vs a reel mechanism.



The 4th of July strikes me as a S theme but I don't know for sure - It is available for S+ and S2000.


Generally there is a label by the slot handle that would say the machine type.


Is there a jackpot reset key switch located on the top right hand side ?
Do you have pictures of the reset of the machine ?

Yes key is on right side
I tried turning key in test mode nothing happens
Key feels loose / sloppy but is connected..
Do not see label buy handle
