No idea what the jumper wire is for. That is not a S Plus MPU. Maybe a S or possibly earlier. See pic.

Still doing research😬
-
Possible its an IGT M?
-
Corrosion is rampant on the blue Varta cell.
Better change that out.
-
Certainly not an S+

Do you know where I can get battery?

Still trying to figure out what motherboard it is I know it's not an S Plus
-
Would this ??eprom board?? Sitting on top of MOBO be a M series
-
IGT came out with several series of electrical slots.
The first was the M series, followed by the S series and then S+
The newest iteration is the S2000
The latest is the AVP but that is video based vs a reel mechanism.
The 4th of July strikes me as a S theme but I don't know for sure - It is available for S+ and S2000.
Generally there is a label by the slot handle that would say the machine type.
Is there a jackpot reset key switch located on the top right hand side ?
Do you have pictures of the reset of the machine ?
-
Yes key is on right side
I tried turning key in test mode nothing happens
Key feels loose / sloppy but is connected..
Do not see label buy handle
Thanks

Post more pics of your machine. Front, button deck, inside, the more the better.
