Title: Mills Goose Neck Pay Out Card?

I am looking for a pay out card for an old Mill Goose Neck slot machine like the one in the picture. Anyone have one or know where I can get one. A good repop is fine.

mrslot1@aol.com is definitely the way to go as he has all the Award cards and reel strips needed for the antique slot machines.
And if Dave doesn't have it he usually knows where to get it.
