Since you haven't found what you are looking for, you might try this. It will work.

Take the thin 2 inch clear tape and tape the Cracked glass on the back and front. Only the cracks, to make it ridged.
Very carefully install the glass. You will be surprised how little shows thru the glass.
It might be better than nothing.

Forgot to add,
You have to carefully put the glass together and hold in place to get the glass together as tight as possible.
It will take at least two individuals or three to get it tight before taping.

Joke or no Joke.
I have taped one together with cracks. Was it perfect, no but you had to look hard at it.
This was only a suggestion and does not represent union or management?
I would try it or throw it away.
Your choice. Some Glass is hard to find, others easy.
