Title: Loss of power to door?

I have a s-plus that withen the last 2 days I lost power to most of the door, coin comparator and coin in display not working I plugged in a known working comparator and no green light came on. Lights work in door, when I push the service light it doesn't light up on top of machine either, I knew it worked 2 days ago

Chances are good that it's the power connector on the fixed motherboard inside your machine. Please see this thread for details:

Note, you typically will never see the LED light on the coin comparator lit up, as it only gets power when the machine is ready to accept a coin. If the door is open, the machine is not ready to accept a coin, so as such you won't see its light on with the door open.

Doesn't most s  have a little white button beneath the coin-mech to give test credit when door is open?

But yes it's correct that coin-mech does not light up with the door open.
Maybe it's the door opto switch.


Does the game spin the reels when you close the door?

It was the wiring harness, lol used one out of a spare machine but need more anyone know where I can get one or two more harnesses?
