Is there an electronic starter I can buy to replace the 3 existing starters in my S+?
https://www.lowes.com/pd/GE-2-Pack-White-Starter/1000437123 (https://www.lowes.com/pd/GE-2-Pack-White-Starter/1000437123)
If so, which one and how would I wire it?
-
Yep that's them - just push, turn and remove old one and install new one.

I mean an electronic starter so I DON"T need those... OK, I'm not an electrician so I guess I mean a "ballast"instead of a starter?

Is anyone "electrically proficient" with the S+?
Can I use this ballast I found at Menards and replace the transformer and starter for the fluorescent light bulbs? I have not put a meter on the feed to the transformer. Is that 110 volts to the transformer?
The label on the ballast says it's for one fluorescent light bulb.
Any help would be appreciated.

Fluorescents only work on AC
I am sure the starter would work if it fits.
I bought my replacements at Home Depot.

I have a couple of packages of those "can" type starters as you can see in the right side of the top box picture. I've never really like those which is why I was hoping to use the ballast.

Look at ballast in it now, it should say the input. I believe it is 110v input. So it should work.

@sixcardmark
As you see in the pictures, I don't have a ballast. There is a transformer that feeds the little "soda can" shaped starter. (unless that's a ballast?)

Yep, that's a ballast.
