I got my bettortito installed but i seem to be having some issues.  It says voucher printing then it seems to time out and go to handpay.   Also i noticed on my bb2 backplane rx and tx are flashing but on the bettortito only tx is flashing.  Any ideas on how to fix this? 


 legacy bonusing, mute, machine disable and enable are working from the bettortito app.  I can not set ticket data in the app or print tickets from the machine though.

Are you able to print a test ticket from within diagnostics on the machine to verify your ticket printer works?  Also did you setup the printer as netplex and did you setup the option to print and accept vouchers during comm setup?

Test void tickets print no problem.  All ticket in and ticket out options are set to SAS Primary. 


Im starting to wonder if my backplane has issues because i  never was able to see the polls from the machine on my pc using a terminal window.

I was able to get it working using host 2.  Im pretty sure my backplane has issues.  Im Im go to order one to see if it helps. At least its working for now.
