Greetings all
After having several IGT S2000 machines I bought a Williams Bluebird.
I have installed a Tito and diddled the denominations and all is working well.
After finding out it has an Indiana SJUR chip with a tax limit of 1200$ I purchased a Mississippi chip JUR-000008-115 from an Ebay vender (sold as BB1).
I have tired installing the SJUR and clearing ram, the system locks up during boot to a blank screen.
I then tried clearing the ram, then installing the SJUR chip, it then boots to the Williams splash screen with call attendant displayed.
It will not allow me to get into the setup menu using the button inside.
What am I missing here?

You need to clear the machine with the SJUR. If your machine is not clearing with the SJUR you purchased, but it does with your original one, then the SJUR you got is bad. The Mississippi SJUR disables the mechanical meters, but it does not allow you to increase the jackpot tax limit, so are still at $1,200.00. Unfortunately, there isn't a chip that does both. The one with unlimited jackpot is Colombia.
