Title: IGT 23 Game Buttons Are Still Set To Game King Configuration

Hi all,


I wiped my hard drive on my IGT 23 which originally had Game King installed on it.
I have installed CSI on it, and it works fine but the credit buttons are all still set to the Game King Configuration. (See photos attached)


How do i reset or change these back to the Game Credits instead?


Any help is appreciated! :)

You need the correct firmware for slot games.  You need firmware BFDB008E.

Thanks Rick. How do i get the firmware and how do i install it?

The program is a windows app called CSV and it is made by IGT to flash firmware for in-cabinet hardware like button controllers, printers, validators, etc.  Others have been able to obtain the software through their channels.
