Not that many post regarding DOJ license for interstate relocation of slot machines. One I found was in 2015.

very entertaining when police confiscated 94 Seeburg Williams slot machines as contraband !!. Long article but reads like a novel. It contains details such as (1) police did not need court order because a big glass window was previously broken big enough for the public to enter.., and (2) two estimates were used to determine each slot's worth: $500 versus $3500.
This court case also open up issues as to when slot machines are moved across state line, what is the purpose of the move: trade, family relocation, as junk components etc.
