why doesnt my slot pay out or give credits when the bars line up,,,sometimes it pays on certain combinations but when the 3 bars line up or combination of bars line up it doesnt pay,,any ideas thanks

Reels correct? Reels in right order? Centered on reel cage?

The 4 digit SMI number on the reel brackets would also help.
