I have a drop in igt poker machine I have noticed a loss in color and pink horizontal lines. I think I noticed the lines in the past but they would go away after some time. Can someone please help me fix this. Thank you

It has been a while since I've had any CRT based games, but if I remember correctly, those lines are a symptom that the monitor needs to be recapped.

Sometimes that happens if the brightness is turned up higher than it should. You see retrace lines like that when that happens. Quick and easy to see if they go away by turning brightness down a hair.

Those lines can be decreased or completely eliminated just by turning down the high voltage setting on the flyback. The flyback is located on the monitor board and is usually the biggest black part on the board with a bid red wire coming out of it that goes to the monitor tube itself. There are 2 knobs on the flyback, sometimes 3, but the one you want is the bottom one, turn it counter clockwise a little and see if the picture improves.
