Try JJSLOTS on eBay!   I just bought a chip and worked great.  If that doesn't work out I know someone in Dallas that can probably make you one, but he doesn't have any blank chips, you would have to provide it.

Was 4025 the correct one?  I couldn't find much information on it, and usually there's a few for each game for different pay tables.

i wanted to buy this game but it had no chips so i passed on it a few days ago the seller told me he has the chips for it so i think that is the right chip jj's the one who told me to look for that number thank you guys for your help
