I am having a problem of getting passed “OK, booting the kernel†on my S9000 Alpha Elite S9e. I can power off/on and it will eventually boot. I have tried powering up with the main, cabinet and ATX switches from left to right, power down in reverse order. I still have the same issue. The number of power on/off cycles is increasing, before it will boot.
Is this a sign of some particular part is about to fail? I am just hoping it’s not the MPU.
I am running a 1GHZ MPU with 1GB Ram.
