Title: WBA 12/13 won't pull in bills
Post by: rjpohl on January 23, 2021, 02:09:07 PM
I've converted from dbv200 to wba 12/13.  Installed wba power supply/harness.  BV cycles and sounds like it is set up.
I've checked and BV is enabled.  I have SP731, does it support the ido23 for BV??  Do I need to chage to game chip sp1271?
thanks
Bob

Bob  731 is fine for ID023,  are the amounts set in test 7?  did you set the denomination?

remove the cash can,  flip dip switches 123 and 8 down,  put in the machine, turn power on, flip switch 8 down, you are now in the stand alone test mode, you should be able to insert bills into the unit, if working it will take them in and run them through and deposit them where the can would have been.  you can determine what bills you unit will accept.

if this works, then there has to be a setting,  does the door bezel light up?

Helping a guy by phone.  I think he may not have set denomination correctly.  I sent him set15 instructions, told him to clear and set.  If he still has problem I’ll have do the test you sent.  You said to set 123 and 8 down, turn on, then put 8 down again???

It's accepting Bills!!!

After talking to hime I'm pretty sure he didn't do the set15 procedure correctly.  Had him clear and then do the set15 and it's working great.  The only problem left is getting the BV duckbill to line up with door bezel.  Are door bezels different for DBV200 and WBA?

as usual THANKS for all the help
Bob
