Title: S+ Mainboard Chip Identity

Can anyone tell me what chip is missing here? I need to get one so I can test this board to put for sale.

It's a SCC2681 DUART.  They're obsolete so it may be tough to find a new one, but you could probably pick up a used one from someone with a "parts" board.  The chip isn't required unless you've got a printer installed or are running an external progressive.
