I just picked up a 2006 game king. I believe it has the 044 board and 76 games. I'm wondering if it is possible to add a slot game, like Wild Wolf, to it?

You would need to change the flash board to one that has wild wolf on it. You cannot "add" games that are not included in the particular gameset you own. You would need an AVP platform to do something like that.
