Hello all,
Thought I would share my findings with my bad power supply, model # WP109F11.
The power supply on my IGT AVP SMLD Monitor model # ktl201md-01 had gone bad. I think the fan in it had stopped working at some point and it had been running for who knows how long with no fan. I wasn't having any luck finding a replacement. I opened up the bad power supply to see if there was anything obvious I could fix and noticed that it only puts out one voltage. All the yellow cables went to one common solder point and all the black went to another. After a little digging, it appears the power supply just puts out 12volts DC at 180 watts/15 amps. So, I located a replacement 12volt DC generic supply on Amazon, moved the connector from the old supply to the new and everything is running great! New supply was only $22. The new supply is 240 watt, so it has a little extra power. But more is ok, just not less. It even somewhat fits in the same spot as the old supply with a little bending of metal. So, if you are looking for a replacement supply WP109F1 or YM-1181B, you might want to give this a try. Pictures to follow....any questions, let me know.
