hi boys,


got my 873 lightning in today, I can't get the hopper out, it is stuck, someone had this problem also?

Possibly grease and grime in the guides.
Also some corrosion on the plugs.

Tilt the machine up about 1 inch front to back.
Apply penetrating oil / cleaner to the guides, then let it sit over night.

When the hopper is out, check the plugs for movement.
They should be free to move up, down, back and forth slightly.

Problem solved: the beau plugs were oxidated and stuck, was not eady to reach them with the hopper inside, cheers Herbie
