Title: WMS dot 400 LEd problems

I have a wms dot 400 that has a fault error when starting (see pics below).  Thanks in advance for any suggestions for repairs.

I'm not familiar with the error code.

Have you recapped the PS's? Be sure to do the ones on the distribution board below the lower PS. Those fixed a machine I was working on a few months back. I am pretty sure the voltage (regulator) on it is used for communications.
