What machine or brain box do you have? There is no ekey 14. You probably need ekey000007. There is a 14-09 diagnostic but a 14-21 is more commonly used on 3.0 systems.

Yes eKey 7 for family 14 and Yes diagnostic 14-21 is correct also..
I am looking to but both.. are you able to help? thank you
