Title: ASSERT_FAIL
Post by: iramack on October 25, 2014, 11:19:59 AM
Me again.................LOL

I am trying to load a game I found in a BB1 cabinet with glass that indicated it was Jade Palace.  The game flash is a 128MB card and it matches OS SG1220 (E1.1) However, the card has no WMS label but it IS a WMS card.  NO LABEL AT ALL!!

Here is what happens:

In my 550 conversion it gets all the way to get ready to start loading the game, and then gives me the SPN not supported bla bla bla...... But I dont think it is a EBB game.

In my BB1 D/S cabinet it gets to loading the game (28%) and then I get the (large) CALL ATTENDANT. I turn the operator key and I get this message:

Machine Fault
SuperHuge7'sXR
Assertion=success
file=/sdg/framework/libslot/bld/basetwentylinepro
function=virtual void CBaseTwentyLineProxy::Ac'

What is going on??  Is this a reel game card or????

Thanks

Steve

Well, first off if it is Jade Palace then the card without a label on it should be a 1 gig card.  Then Jade Palace is a dongle game, which it needs a BB2 CPU and finally, it uses a totally different OS, SSSG1693 which would be on a 512 meg card.

And Yes, Super Huge 7's is a Reel Game

You can se the program number as it Boots ... that will usually also have the theme name if it is going far enough as well as correct OS Family

Yes thanks.

 I thought it might be a reel game.  I stepped away from the machine while it was booting so I didn't see the game # or name.  No biggie.  I will check the cabinet I pulled it from tomorrow and see what's what.

Someone at the casino has done some mixing and matching before letting these games go...............LOL
