I know that we all want to save money, BUT stay away from a CHINA based ON LINE store. DHgate. They state that you (the buyer) is protected. This is B.S.! The item that I purchased came missing parts, and was sent defective. The seller knew that is was broke before they shipped it. The seller wanted the item mailed back. I did, now I am out $320.00 for the item, $71.00 return shipping, and the ITEM! DHgate will not respond to phone calls, or emails. I WANTED TO SHARE MY BAD EXPERANCE WITH YOU ALL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT. DAVE.

DHGate will respond. It just took them 3mths to deal with an issue I had.
I finally accepted 50% refund and kept the item as the $30 to ship it back was not worth the effort.
I would suggest just buying low cost items like LED kits etc.

I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BOUGHT A HAND HELD BURNING LASER AND NEVER GOT THE THING.
