My latest Alpha has this air filter mounted on the outside of the cabinet on the lower left side.
The way it is set up it is filtering the air leaving the cabinet as all the fans are pushing air out.
There was more dust and lint inside this cabinet than any of my other Alpha's.
The power supplies were full of lint. This filter was restricting air leaving the cabinet so I removed the element.
I wonder what Bally's purpose was ?
