what mean this error
-
Well, you have 4 errors on the screen....we cannot tell you how to fix ALL of them, if you are not prepared to tell us how they happened (I.e. how/when these errors appeared, the machine history, what you have done to fix)????
Need more info to help....
-
ok thank....i bougth the machine in not work condition. first i check the power supply and was ok.i change the battery. i did ram clear. but the machine up with this error.. i have other used comparator. i test and is the same.
-
What is the coin handling equipment in the machine? Does it in fact a Comparitor? And show us the screen in the set-up where you have set the coin equipment options.
-
well the error dissapear.. but now i get coin stuck in the base plastic of optic. check the pic
-
ok now i just have this in the screen. check the pic..
-
That's indicating a door is open. Check all the lower doors, including the cash can door.
-
I have had that door open error before. Its been years ago but if I remember correct you will have to go into your settings. Under door type option you will see mechanical or pulse optics. I'm not sure witch one you need to set it for. See what you have it on now and set it for the other one. That took care of the problem for me. I cant remember if you need a clear chip to make the change.
-
but what choice mechanical or pulse...i think is mechanical now
-
If mechanical go to the other one. I'm pretty sure you may need to clear to change that.
-
i change for optical and the same....
-
i try with no detecte door... but i cant setting.. is possible do that. i mean cancel the opcion the open door
-
Hopefully someone else will chime in with more knowledge than me. You may have to use a clear chip. As mentioned its been years since I had that problem.
-
i ido a safe ram clean..
-
Door needs to be set for pulsed optics...
-
i put optical and the same... check the picture of the wire
-
I need a pic of your set-up screen.

-
well the error dissapear.. but now i get coin stuck in the base plastic of optic. check the pic
If your coin is stuck (looks like a token?), you should first check to see if the comparator is snapped all the way in to the plastic clips and then make sure the coin optics assembly is screwed in firmly. All this stuff can come loose and cause all sorts of coin drop issues.
-
ok thank.,,,now is closed door error
-
after 2 day. i turn on the machine. the machine star to play. but after 2 minute door open error again... :Scratch-Head:
-
ok thank.,,,now is closed door error
I've never heard of a closed door error.
Are you reading any of these suggestions?
Did you check to make sure your coin comparator is seated in and that the coin optics board below it is screwed in?
-
is door open error....maybe a clear debug can fix this
-
I give up! :banghead:
You refuse to answer any questions and then you suggest new solutions...
I can't help anymore. Good luck.
-

-
Post pictures of door open error...thank you! And it's ok, the English thing, we can handle it, but we need answers when we ask questions. Otherwise, we cannot help.
-
ok check the pic. if you need more. let me know
-
Ok good! The machine believes a door is open, whether it appears to be open or not. All we care about is making the machine happy! You need to look inside the belly (bottom glass) door and see what you can find. There should be some type of optics/sensor/switch, that will tell the machine the door is closed. I know many optics are bypassed, but to be honest, I have never had to bypass a belly door on a Bally. Check it out and let us know what you find.
-
for see inside the belly. i need remove all part from the door?
-
No, no...there is a latch....should be a lever/button outside on frame...push/pull latch...and door will drop down in your lap.
-
There's no latch for that belly door... to access that area, you go through the inside of the main door.
BUT... is there a small door on the right of your machine? It's very important the latch on that is in the proper position for it to register as closed.
-
i check the belly. but i not see any thing... check this pic
-
Brooker, please read the attacked post from beginning to end, and i believe you will find your solution. Another member had the same EXACT issue you are having....

ok. how i do this............... :Scratch-Head: . First thing I do when I get a gamemaker upright is reach in and pull out the harness to drop door, isolate orange wire, connect gray and yellow wire together. -that problem never happens again.
-
i get the manual. and i think the machine dont have the optical install. what i can do in this case
-
well i disconect yellow wire and the machine work hehehehee
-
Was the yellow wire causing the door open error?
(I've been trying to keep up on this saga but it's been tough for me)
-
yes.the yelllow..i dont know why....
-
YOU DID IT!!!! HOORAY!!!!! :applause: :applause: :applause: Enjoy the machine!
