This works with the square or rectangular 16 button keypads that were used in player tracking systems. For example a "1" on the square keypad is the same as a "1" on the rectangular keypad which gets changed to "ENTER".

Good job! And thank you for sharing! :1:

Attached is the finished layout for a rectangular keypad.
If you are making these to sell and your customer doesn't know they can follow the keyboard jack back to the back plane to plug in the KK100 connector you may have to change the 10 pin KK100 to the ELKO 10 pin connector which is narrow enough to fit inside the plastic cowling some machines have.

Thank you so much for all the help , her is funny question , where do I get one of these key pad? again thank you so much
-
Those are the same keypads used in the older player tracking systems before they migrated to touch screens.
Surplus keypads and player tracker boxes were readily available in the gaming community.
Start your search on NLG and post a WTB.
The only other option would be to search the switch manufacturer sites, find a keypad and reverse engineer it.

Update on the pins and connector for the plug that connects to the machine from the keypad.
The 10 pin black connector can be purchased from Newark Electronics, their part number is 90F4896
The pin for the connector is 52K3816, also from Newark.
