OK guys and gals let me share a new experience on fleabay.
I was selling some IGT S+ MPU boards and listed in my ad that I will only sell to lower 48 states.
I ended up with a sale from someone in Sweden. :duh:
After speaking to fleabay reps they advised that they had started a new international program to where your item is shipped to a clearing house in Kentucky and they export the item internationally. Fleabay opted EVERYONE into this program and you have to edit your preferences to opt out. In my experience international shipping can be a big pain in the a$$ when your customer states they never received the item, or the item was wrong or any one of the issues that come about and be easily handled locally. But internationally your talking about eating expensive freight and broker fees.
Check your accounts and just say no.

I seen that awhile back, way down at the bottom of the page when you create a listing. I, too, seen a million things that could go wrong there. Didnt know it was automatic now though. Thanks for the heads up!

Neonkiss, Thanks for the heads up. Just changed mine. Don't want anything to do with overseas shipping. Bad enough when buying or selling from Canada. :thank_you:
