Title: Coin-Out Jam GameKing
Post by: Casino Cave Gamer on July 22, 2015, 08:41:41 PM
Hello - based on posts/research I have read I feel like I have to reprogram my GameKing due to a Coin-Out Jam message.  This is my one and only GameKing and am a bit reluctant to "rebuild" it since my experience is geared more towards reel machines.

I am curious to know if anyone can point out connections that I can check beforehand (though I feel like I have checked them all).  If not, would someone be able to share a guide on how they would reset this?  I have a burner, but am not sure if I have the right keys that I'll need, but I can cross that bridge when need be.  Thanks in advance.

Looks like you need a ram clear to me. That machine takes a key 22. Check your battery voltage first before the ram clear. If it was working and then got this error, chances are your battery is dead and it lost the setup information. I'm new to NLG forums but I believe they have all the ram clear procedures on the forum somewhere.

do check your i/o boards and you don't have to clear it switch your ram chips on the board and you will get a ram error turn rest key then after your done go in setup and set hopper limit to 0  then it will go to hand pay

Remember to look for bent pins on the I/O boards.
