Title: BB-1 Button Panel conversion to LED bulbs

Are there any "hidden dangers" in pulling the existing incandescent  bulbs and replacing with LED's? Somewhere I thought I read WMS makes a separate LED button panel for the BB-1?

No, you just need to buy the right leds and insert them in the proper orientation, otherwise they won't light up.  The original bulbs are 6 volts, but other users here have used the 12 volt variety with no issues.
