Is there a slotted vent on the top of the top box? Usually there is a fan there on the inside.

Then is there a wall vent with 4 screw studs for a fan anywhere in the cabinet?

FWIW, the only S+ machines I've ever seen with a need for a fan are the S+ Barcrest games (Top Dollar, Pinball, etc.) -- the rest of the S+ machines don't get too hot near the MPU board in the bottom of the machine, and the heat generated from the light in the top box isn't really much to worry about.  You could install a LED tube up there if you wanted to cut down on the heat.

I've seen some S+ cabinet tops without any vents...I've always found that strange.  :Scratch-Head:

Cashen, can you post a photo  :Take_a_Photo: of your topbox without the glass here?
Try to take the picture from an angle where we can see the sides and the back of your machine.

I want to see if the topbox is lined inside with steel or not. :sherlock:

Thanks :)

Hello. I wondering how to instal a fan inside on my igt s+ slot machine to remove hot air inside?

I'd rethink the idea of adding a fan. Stick a thermometer in there and see just how warm it gets first. Fans can be noisy, they will draw air and DUST into your machine and they use some electricity which puts more load on your machine's power supply. For home use fans on S+ and PE machines are not needed.  just my opinion,,,,,,,
