How to set handpay limits on an S2000

just got to IGT  2000s triple red white and blue and double gold hit a $1200 jackpot on double gold and it did not set off the hand pay or jackpot it paid the credits was hoping that it would pay or go into and pay for the jackpot can somebody tell me how to set it so it will?

With zero credits on the machine go into the machine options section 3.  Go to limits set the jackpot limit to $1199
Assuming it's a dollar machine the next time you hit it will go into hand pay mode. Turn the jackpot key to reset

You can set the value to whatever you like.

Thank you I got it programmed for the right amount that I wanted is there anyway in this program settings to set the payback of this machine

If you are asking can the pay out percentage be changed the answer is yes but you will need a key chip to adjust. I recommend a key 45 for all S2000 but others will work.

Thanks for all the help if I get a key chip would you help me reset the machine or do you use the white button in the front buttons to reset it after you put that key chip in also doesn't hurt to shut these machines off at night
