Not printing tickets just hand pay

Hey guys. Stumped  Put in a Tito from Bhinkley from back when in a S2000 followed the directions to the T.  I had the tickets printing but they were not being accepted by the JCM face/ WBA 12/13. The bonus credits will work and be added if you press the service button.  Now for whatever reason it is not printing tickets anymore as well as not accepting them. It just handpays and the bell rings for any amount when you press the cash out. Any words of wisdom?

Have you checked your wiring to the printer and the printer cord it's self? Sounds like for some reason your printers not connected or in communication with machine. Have you done a battery change or made any changes to any settings?

I use Jim's Bettor TITO, and this exact thing happens if the TITO board comes unplugged.  Check that your TITO board is working.

The printer is working fine. I did a test print and came out fine with 0.00 dollars and the wording on the ticket I had it set for.
I did do a 3v round main battery change but it did print after doing so. It has power to board. I even swapped with another new board and its doing the same thing. It' no doubt a communiation problem. It may be a bad cable from Tito to the machine or maybe I'm missing something in the set up. But like I said I followed it word for word.

Nothing was making sense and not reacting like the machine should with the instructions. So I did a ram clear and re keyed the machine and it works perfect as it should. Guess it had gremlins.
