I'm getting once in while this tilt error I need help!

I would check to make sure all your SPN cables are secure. Typically it is either a loose SPN cable, you installed a kit that supports more paylines than what your payline display allows, or you need a new payline display assembly (these are attached to the door and light up as you bet the lines)

Have you ever changed the game in your cabinet, or cleared the game and selected a game that has more lines than your display can show? The SPN cables are the ones that look like ethernet network cables. They connect all the reel and the door leds and displays. Sometimes these cables get loose, so just pull them out and re-insert to make sure they have a nice fit.

Do you get that error often? If you play 20 lines or less, do you still get the error?

No I never change a game or clear a game , I'm getting error often I play 20+ All the time

What game theme is this? You probably have a stepper panel that only display 20 lines bet. I believe there's one that does 25 lines. Does your reel glass have the spots for 25 paylines, or only 20? Post a picture of your reel glass. Whoever sold you the machine, should have limited the bet lines to 20 if your machine is not equipped with the 25 line stepper light panel and glass.

Your hardware is configured for only 20 lines. If the game allows you to bet more than 20 lines, you need to clear and setup the game so that the max lines bet are 20. See your reel glass? It has little squares from 1 to 20. Whoever set up your game, didn't pay enough attention and set it up as a 25 line game, when it should have been setup as a 20 line game. If you want to be able to play with more than 20 lines, you will have to change the reel glass and the stepper lights that light up the little squares to match. The buttons don't matter, they are just stickers and you can change them to match the number of lines if you wish.

I was playing every time 20+ lines and was fine.
Now it shows me tilt error "playline 20 display command time out"
I check all wires it looks fine
What else I can check.

Your cabinet DOES NOT SUPPORT more than 20 paylines. If your game is configured to run more than 20 paylines, you will get that error. The game is trying to activate payline lamps 21 - 25 (if the game is configured as 25 lines) and it cannot, thus you are getting the error. Your ONLY solution is to clear the game and setup as a 20 line game.

If you say you had played more than 20 lines before and you never got the error, then I cannot tell you what is going on with your system. I KNOW for a fact that if I setup my 20 line cabinet for 25 lines, I WILL get the error you are getting without a doubt, as I have tried it before to see what happened.

I will respectfully bow out of this thread, maybe somebody else can come up with a different solution for you. Good luck in your search.

If I am reading this correctly, when you say that you are playing 20+, you mean that you are pushing the 20+ button which means you are playing the 20 lines "plus" which enables the hot respin feature? Not 25 lines.
I found a thread on the old site that shows the same error that you have. Take a look.
I think it has something to do with the EBB connection or cabling. It seems to me I remember an error like that if you try to set up a video EBB game and there is no EBB installed.

20-Line Payline Command Timeoutâ€“ the payline lights didnâ€™t respond to the command sent, check CAT5 cables and connections that run to and from the board, the payline light board may need to be replaced.

The EBB (extra bet button) is the red hot penny button on your panel.
when you open the belly door you can see the spn controller sitting on the inside of the door, with a wide thin cable going up to the bottom of the extra bet button.
Check all those connections, (Disconnect and Reconnect) and like Rick mentioned at the beginning of this thread, check your display connections, and to the reels.
I do not have a BB1 reel game, so I am not too familiar with how the reels are connected.

I replace all "network look wires" and i still getting this error every time I reboot machine.
