Write strobe enabled usually refers to one of the simms. Please post pictures of the simms and dip switch positions.

IGT I-Game and Game King / Game King v 5.0 Strobe issue
« Last post by nativedragon on Today at 11:48:51 AM »
Have a Game king with a error that wont go away, gives a eprom error with Strobe Enabled as the main error. I've tried different versions, different boards as well as pixel chips etc and different machine. Tried a clear 22 and 40. Keeps coming up with the same message. Any ideas?

I may have misunderstood your question. These are original IGT 504 rev. B  boards that have been shopped and tested.

Having to wait on parts in Alaska is like being tortured at Christmas time. You know it's coming, you just have to be patient.  :soapbox_3:

USPS is the only way to have parts shipped up here cheap, cost effective, however it's a slow moving postage system. And we're not in an emergency so I just have to wait. I never had two slot machines needing repairs at once, so trying to keep it together is a challenge.

This is great, at least somewhere to start from.

Thanks again.

Cheers
