He's talking about the coin battery located inside the top monitor. I don't think that will give you the RAM error. Did you check your solder joints on your MPU battery?

There is a 3 volt round battery that is soldered to the mpu board it must be over 2.8 volts for everything to operate properly. This is the solder joints to check.
 You can also remove and discard the green varta battery you do not need it for home use.
I do not believe your as chip is bad. Make sure battery measures at least 2.8 volts.

But it was the Board !!
I have test e new board with my old Chips and the machine works well also with the ss Chip
I have check a new board and al thinks working
if i turn tha machine of or pull the plug the machine works
