Game King Help

Machine is working fine but the top candle lamp is flashing. Under Pending Tilts I have a ( validation system failure ). Any one know how to clear the error? Thanks

I have never worked on a GameKing, but it sounds like it's looking for the accounting system.
Did you just get this machine? or did this just start out of the blue?
I would think it would need a key chip to change the setting to run as standalone. Hopefully some of the Gameking folks will chime in.

Thanks for the info. I have had the machine for awhile. Went to change games, so I keyed it. But the light was flashing before. I will look over the post Uniman pointed out.

Ok, I have turned off sas and the lamp goes out. But printer will not work, have to use hand pay. According to the post I guess there is no other option other than removing the bulb.

I'll bet ten to one you're using Game King 5.3.  If so, taking out the bulb is the only solution.  If you add TITO, this will take care of the problem.  :)

Are you using a TITO system or just printing tickets and not feeding them back into the machine?  If you use a TITO system then the light should go out.

One other thing that I was wondering about. I have the 5.3 version that I can access 12 games. Is it possible to access more games by having different denominations? So what I am saying can 12 games be available for 1c, 2c, 5c, and different 12 for 10c, 25c, 50c ect?
