Author Topic: NEED HELP! Trying to use diagnostic Key Authentication Failed (Read 3439 times)

I went to use my diagnostic key 14-09 and I got a usb mass storage authentication failed message. Tried it on 2 different CPUs, same thing. Then I was going to upload a game loader and got the same message.
Any idea what could be causing this? My diagnostic key worked fine before. My ekey 7 works still.

Is this a orginal diag. THUMB drive or a copy?. Are all your ports in machine populated with license dongles?. The diagnostic--they can copy as well as the loaders etc. The only thing they can't is the e-keys and license dongles. (safenet).

Thanks to the Help of 777Sizzler I was able to get the games to load. So the issue is definitely with the Diagnostic thumb drive. It is an original drive.
