I need a quick confirmation of AVP 3.0 stuff I've learned.

Ok, so recently I finally dove into the AVP 3.0 video platform.  I bought a G20 cabinet with an MLD display.  The machine came with an 10 button OLED panel with a pair of betmax and repeat bet buttons to either side, a total of 14 buttons.  My brainbox is a 3.0 "620" box with boot chip 14a.  This is where I need some information confirmed.

620 box has a 2GB Ram Limit? does changing boot chip to 14b fix this issue?

the 621 box I've seen referred to as AVP 3.0M, does this mean you can upgrade this one to 4GB of RAM?  The box looks identical to the 620 box save for the model number.

The 625 box, has internal power supply.  I'm told this box when you add a video card (ATI Radeon E4690) it is basically a 660 box.

Do the boot 1 and 2 chips work across all the different 3.0 brain boxes?

Rick,  The Boot chips do work across all three boxes.  There are even more than what you listed on 3.0 boxes.  You can bump the boxes to 4gig of ram by adding another mathching stick.  3.0M, 625-which has built in video and upgradeable and the 660 which Must have the new style viedo card.  Most 625's and 660's have SSD's in them.
