IGT G23 no has a white screen

Wow - this is full on! Not sure how to change a cabinet controller?


Do you know how to enable games because im trying to sort that one out first. I thought i had them enabled

From the game setup screen you pictured, select say, Black Widow 40 line for example. Where it says "enable" click on change. It will bring you to a spot like attached, highlight the paytable you want then click on the checkbox of the denoms to configure, press enable at the bottom and then press save.

Thanks - changed the yellow parts over - seemed simple, but i partially tore one of the cords (photo attached) The Black Widow one is working correctly now showing credits but the game king isnt working due to the cord lol - cant win! What is the cord called so i can get a replacement one?

If you are referring to the grey flat cable it is:

You can put a WTB ad on NLG and ask for a Ribbon cable from brainbox to backplane and I am sure someone can help you out. I don't have any right now.

Was able to setup Black Widow and another game with new denominations which was great and something i wanted to learn how to do.


Plus you taught me about the printers, note acceptors and brain boxes!

I live in Australia so not sure if there is an Australian website that sells those ribbon cables I need to fix the G23 - can you find anything?
