Hello

Very new to this and first machine repair for me :(
I turn the machine on and the image shown to me is as attached.

I also have metering error.
Anyone know how to fix this  :Scratch-Head:
I'm stumped - shrugs

I have a key for the Jackpot
the audit I connected 2 wires that I can close on and off.
Have found a ram clear post, but nothing seemed to work.

If I get to Meter 1 screen
all I see if FFFFFF and FOFFF etc
Press button 1 for fast or slow spin.
that button works but thats as far as it gets.

Thanks for the button file.

I tried again to clear it,
I turn the audit key on, goes to meter 1 board full of FFFFFF    666666687  etc
Then no buttons work within after opening the door.
I close the door and audit and the screen stays in Meter 1 screen - Where I have to turn the machine off and on again
to get to main jumbled screen as above poasted.  :(

I'm really lost as to where to start  :Scratch-Head:

Hmm
I guess I have to clear the RAM first
But cannot get it to happen.

I have tried audit
then jackpoy key
open door and hold firmly the first 3 red buttons
Nothing shows in screen
except Meter 1 screen with
FFFFFFFF
etc

Tried holding the Mem while booting up
Nothing

:(

Proten

What is the best way to do it ? ( Ram clear )

I can get to Meter 1 page, but collect button, reserve or any other will not page thur other meter pages.   :Scratch-Head:
All I can get to work is the slow and fast spin in that screen menu.

I'm guessing that I have to clear the ram
then clear meter error etc

So what process do you suggest?
I feel like I'm  :banghead:

Also is here a Mk I4 Manual around? I have looked for days and cannot find one

You just have to keep trying.
The keys have to be turned and held in the turned
position and then the buttons have to be pushed
all three at the same time.

PM me your email address and Ill email it to you.

I have tried approx 50 times now :(
Have turned both the audit and jackpot keys on.
opened door and held the first 3 buttons down - even have tried to hold them down for a complete minute.
nothing - stays at the meter screen.

Try this way

clearing game
clear ram (loc by 2 game chips)
power up game
shut door
turn audit key (get in system)
open door
push 3 buttons (left 3)
turn audit then jackpot key to clear numbers
set options
done

I would say the SRAM or eprom codes gone on it. Do the graphics move at all when you boot it up seen it before on a board once where the eproms were stuffed from age

Cheers
