Help with Tovis Screen on G20

I have a G20 with a standard Tovis screen in it.  I am running a 625 CPU in the G20.  I am trying to run GK8.3R in it.   When I load and activate the 8.3R software I get a menu screen as show in the pics below.  I have 2 of these slots with Tovis screens and both are doing the same thing.  Has anyone seen this before and did you solve the problem.  I have a 3rd G20 setup and itis  running a Kortek monitor and have no problems with the video.  Thanks in advance

Problem solved.  You must use a Dual Link DVI 24+5 cable and run it from DVI cable port on the 625 CPU to VGA Port on the main Tovis monitor.  The VGA port on the CPU then runs to top VGA port on the Top Monitor.  Here are a few pics of the correct setup.  Blue cable runs from CPU VGA port to top monitor VGA port.  Works like a charm now!!
