Problems trying to load new game Alice and the Mad Tea Party

Trying to load Alice and the Mad Tea Party on a BB2 and having problems. The BB2 will load nd run a normal BB2 game. Clearing the machine is normal as seen in the picture. Install the WMS 1GB game card in machine and OS H13.21. Machine starts to load normal and gets to configuring. I then set the up the machine in setup mode and all looks normal. Exit setup and close the door and machine finishes configuring. The screen then goes to WMS blue screen with a loading screen. This goes to 100% and screen then goes to Loading game_base.pak. After a few minutes the bottom screen goes blank and that is as far as it will go.
Have tried with the Alice top box in and with a LCD in the top box with the same results.

This is the video version you are trying to load and not the transmissive version correct? Also, try loading with OS Family H13.37.

This is the video version. I have two machines I just got and tried the software in both of these machines today with the same results. I have another BB2 that I have had for a few years and I cleared this machine and loaded the software on it and it booted the game no problems. Spent 2-3 hours trying to figure out the difference in the machines with no luck. The machone that boots the game okay gets to the loading game_base.pak and goes right to loading game_top.pak and then brings up the game screen. This is driving me crazy which is not hard to do anymore. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

It's too bad you're not getting any errors shown on the display other than the LCD screen locking up.
I wanted to mention that it may be an incompatiability issue with the sjur chip, but this game didn't work in the other cabinet either.

Sooo....the problem now pretty much lays with the Tea Party software.
If you changed the OS to 13.37 as suggested, and it still didn't load up, the problem HAS to be the Alice Tea Party CF card.
We have this game live on the floor...I'm going check what's in it right now for you.

Okay...popped out the cards for ya idyle.
Definitely running and paired up with the OS H13.37
The sjur jurisdiction chip is the Maryland 114 version.

Thanks for looking. Will try this afternoon with a H13.37 OS tried H13.33 and same problem yesterday.  Again thanks for checking.

Stayoutofdabunker's picture flagged something to check. The picture showed you had 2 GB memory in you machine. My cpu's have only have the small memory chips with no markings. S0---- I checked and the cabinet where the game ran and was 2 GB. The other two problem machines were 1 GB cpu's. Put 2 GB memory in these machines and the game works fine. This game must require 2 GB to run. Learn something new everyday. Thanks stayoutofdabunker for taking the time and flagging an old mans memory. Glad to say problem solved.

Aweosome! Didn't even think of the memory as I thought 2GB was standard in NXT2s. Learn something everyday.
