WMS BB1 Life Of Luxury Progressive

Hello!

I can buy WMS BB1 video slot with  "Life Of Luxury Progressive" game.
It has own progressive display.
This game is standalone progressive game or it neeed network to proggressive function?
It has blue CPU board.
The printer is missing from the machine.
The game won't start, it stops loading

Is write OS card and Game card validating OK.

What could be the problem?
The OS or Game card may be damaged?

This was a WAP game, needs network to work.

The error is because the battery inside the mpu is drained.  It needs new batteries and a clear.  But you still need to connect to  WAP for it to work.

It is just a BB1 clear.  You can ask in the classifieds for it, they are not difficult to get.  The game also requires a progressive controller with external display.  The game will not run without it.  However, the machine is just a video bb1, so you can play any stand alone bb1 game on it.  attached photo of what the machine used to look like in a casino environment.

Can't I the progressive function be turned off when setting up the machine?

Games designed to be linked progressives, like this particular theme, cannot be disabled. The software is basically a client for the server that runs the progressive.  Any bb1 theme that does not have a progressive can be run on this machine.  If you just google the name of the game and you see a machine with no progressives, you are good to go.  The list is quite extensive, so listing them here is kind of pointless.  You are better off finding the games you like and then googling the game to see if it has a progressive.  Not all progressives require a linked server, but for bb1, most of them do.  Like I said, ask.

What does LOL mean before the name of the game?

Life Of Luxury.  The game you have is a version of Far East Fortunes that is connected to the Life Of Luxury progressive server.  It was basically a bank of 4 or 5 machines that connected to a server with a big sign and progressive meter.  All machines in the bank would contribute to the progressive and there was a special reel position that would trigger the Life of Luxury progressive sequence.  Without that additional hardware, the game is pretty worthless.  You can get a stand-alone version of Far East Fortunes that does not have the LOL requirement.  You will need to obtain a clear for a bb1 machine along with bb1 stand alone game.  Almost all games on the bb1 are single screen games, save for a few that were designed to work on dual screen setups which requires additional hardware plus a monitor.  You can easily but these parts nowadays, probably around $300 or so plus additional harnesses needed to connect it.  There are only like 10 to 12 dual screen games, so you might not want to invest in the setup (the first version of goldfish is the most popular of these).  But there are over 100 bb1 games you can run on your machine without buying anything other than a clear plus the games.
