SS chip look up

Is there a way to type in a SS chip number and find out what game it's for ?
I have 5 different SS chips but don't know what the games are.

We have Ricks FAQ (right side of the page)
IGT Game Bible, but it doesn't have a search function.

Try just using the search function off the main page.
See if it comes up in one of the discussion forums.

You could also try typing it into google then cross referencing the results with the IGT game bible.

On the Google search page you can enter this, just substitute the SS # you want to search for with the one in my example below:

SS4629 site:http://newlifegames.net/igtbible


or click here, then change the SS number at the top of the screen (in the google search field) to the one you want, then click on the search icon (blue magnifying glass icon) to the right:

But I can't take the credit, learned it from one of the great folks here. Maybe this method of searching should be on a sticky note or added to the IGT bible note since the question of how to easily locate the info on an SS# comes up often.
