it looks like your shelf wheel and/or coin knife aren't right for the coin size.  Shelf wheel diameter is too small so the knife is down too far.  DavidLee can probably tell you for sure (tho he answered below already when the font was too small to be able to read this).

can you bend the knife up (tilt it) so the top of the coin that is jamming gets pushed away from the shelf wheel instead of wedging?

if not, you may need to modify the agitator or make one with three arms like the obsolete style ones so the coins can't jam at that spot.

is that a homemade agitator?  Same dimensions as the bally R-526 part?  There's a picture of the bally part on this page:

It would be possible for coins to stack up on the agitator as it is about 2x thicker than normal.
This could be part of the problem.
A possible test would be to run the machine with a limited amount of coins, say 40-50.
This would lower the possibility of coins stacking on each other.

I think I may need a new knife, the two points create a little hole for the coin to get stuck, does my knife look as if it is broken? Where to get a new knife, are they the same as the old hoppers?

it's probably easier to cut the agitator than source the correct knife and shelf wheel for swiss francs.

below is the diagram of the original style agitator on a snow hopper.  If you lop off 3 arms on your agitator and smooth it out like the obsolete style, your coins can't jam.  You could also make an agitator like part #59.

I have no idea why they changed the design.

boys problem solved, a bit of adjusting the knife and filed it. After moving more than 900.000 coins during it's life it got a bit tired.

Now I have a new problem but will start a new thread, thanks Herbie
