To get into the full setup menu there's no "key". gaining access to that metal door on the brainbox and putting in the ekey is your "key".
With the machine fully booted normally, and no credits on the machine.
You just open the main door, open the lower door, and open the metal door on the front of the brainbox. There's a latch switch there, but usually the physical latches that close the internal switch are removed from the metal door and it's just a hole there, so the switch is closed to indicate the door is secured by putting a wad of paper in the latch switch. That must be removed or the machine won't accept your ekey. It will just pop up with "Out of Service" and "Remove ekey" if something has that latch switch closed and you plug in the ekey.
When you plug your ekey into a USB port behind that metal door, that's all you have to do. It detects the ekey and the screen should change and say "verifying ekey". And then displays the full system menu with all access to load and enable/disable games if the ekey is indeed an ekey7.
When done, you exit the system menu, pull the ekey, put the paper back in the latch switch again, and close up the doors and you're in normal mode again and games will play again, and any games you loaded/enabled will now be there as well.
