I changed the two EPROMS under the piggyback board and the board came back up.
Same software just fresh chips.

There are many options available to clear the board.
The easiest is to unplug the I/O board, leaving the straps plugged into the front.
Other ways are in the attached documents.
Clear chips are also an option, if you need a set PM me.
