Still have not figured out this BB2 OS problem

Why is it that OS h13.4xx wont run in my BB2 machines?  What is it looking for that causes it to go into a power fault loop on older BB2s?

Bad main power supply.

Strange. The only time I have seen that was due to a bad power supply. It had me banging my head on the wall and swapping sh!t around until I finally swapped power supplies.

I guess that's not your issue then..
