Converting Vision from 5 reel to 3 reel - Pink Panther

Does anybody had instructions or is it a super easy conversion to convert a 5 reel to a 3 reel for Vision.  I specifically want to convert a 5 reel to a 3 reel Pink Panther.  I have the 3 reel tray the reels all the pink panther glass and reels strips. I have a 3 reel button panel, but wondered about the wiring and if all the wiring is an easy hook up and conversion?  Any and all help appreciated, and if its super hard, just tell me I am an idiot sell the one I have and find another.  Double Diamond Run round top is the game I think I have in storage to convert.

You'll need a harness for 3 reel or jumpers for reels 4 and 5 on the existing harness. And a 3 reel backlight control board if yours isn't made to do both

Come to think of it, you may need different SG chips also if they didn't come with the new SB chip

You will need SG248's, SB339, VS11GX0 and Top Card with BGM109 for Pick A Panther.

IGT Vision Question

I am going to tell you what I think I am looking for and then I will let the experts correct me as I am sure I am way off.


I am looking for the 2 RMB cards for a Pink Panther 3 reel 3 coin/credit igt slot machine. 


Now the reason I think I am way off base is when I google this I find nothing of the sort on any website.  My purpose is to convert a double diamond run into a pink panther, and I have the game and realized that is has 2 square cards in the monitor up top.  I think I have everything else but those 2 cards.


Time for me to donate to this site if I can get this help.

So the problem with your description is there are several different Pink Panther 3 reel 3 coin games.  What SB chip do you have?  Also, only 1 card is required to play the game in the top slot.  The files on the card have to be matched up with the SB chip.  So if you post what chip you have then the top card requirements can be determined.

Reel strip #'s too. The only data cards I have are for 5 line. Don't know if only 3 work with a different SB. You need to be sure you have enough Ram. A 32mb and a 16mb are needed for Pink Panthers

I have the SB339 but I thought that was the chip for the 5 reel not the single line 3 reel?

So here is the glass and reel strips that I have.  let me know if you see something that isnt correct with the set.


I only have sb chips 339, 350 & 332 so I am hoping one of those is the right chip for the glass and reel strips that I have.

At the time you only said 3 reel. You can use what I said and have 5 line pay, which I like best. I have 1 PP with the 5 coin glass and 1 with the 3 coin glass. Both play 5 coins. With this vision stuff, you have to settle sometimes. Very hard to come by. It is possible that using the SB350 it will work with the BGM109 data card. However, I don't have any way of know for sure.

I have the single line Pink Slips Pink Panther and the single line Panther Bucks.

Single line Pink Slips uses an SB332 (3cm).

Single line Panther Bucks uses an SB365 (2cm) or 366 (3cm).

I have the par sheet for 332 and it says Pink Slip 3R3CB BP,  368 is Fox N Hounds 5 line.


The strips in your picture if all the same match up with 332.
